Atlanta “Not So Big House” Design
This custom “Not so Big House” design has a great story behind it. Located on a tight corner lot in the Lynwood park neighborhood of Brookhaven, the concept behind the design is a home that looks as if it has been here for decades. Lanier Front House Almost Complete
Construction is progressing, and the finishes are starting to go in at the front house at Lanier Enclave. Check out these progress pictures from this week. The porch fireplace is complete. Porch ceiling has yet to be installed. The house even has a custom mailbox to match the prairie style! Inside the kitchen, cabinets are almost complete. Countertops are yet to be installed. Lots of windows bring light into the living room. Cabinets and shelves are complete in the mud room.

Lanier Enclave Front House Progress
Here are the latest construction photos from a Lanier Enclave’s Front House. This is a custom home with Prairie style influences located in Virgina Highlands. This is the 3rd and final home in the infill development known as Lanier Enclave, located on Lanier Blvd. This home and the two completed are being built by Abraham Properties. Sheathing is complete, and windows have been installed all throughout the house. Here is a view on the back porch, looking in towards the house.

Boys and Girls Club Renovation Update 12/13
Construction is moving quickly at the Boys and Girls Club Renovation Project in Historic Grant Park. The project is scheduled to be completed by the New Year! The new Teen Center includes a 3000-square-foot 2-level addition, which filled in an existing courtyard. It also includes the interior renovation of an additional 5000-square-feet of the original 1960’s building. Boys & Girls Club Renovation Update 11/23
The renovation and addition to the Boys and Girls Club Teen Center in Grant Park is taking shape. All windows should be in by next week, and the project is scheduled to be completed in late December. Lanier Middle House Construction Update 8/29

Lanier Enclave Middle House is the second of three custom prairie homes off Lanier Boulevard in Virginia Highlands. All three homes are built by Abraham Properties and designed by Jones Pierce Studios and pass LEED For Home standards. The exterior is complete, and drywall is complete on the interior. Lanier Middle House Construction Update 5/19
Here are some construction progress images of the Middle House located at 1139 Lanier Boulevard. The house part of a three-home infill development called Lanier Enclave. All three homes are being built by Joe Laster with Abraham Properties. Construction is moving along and the brickwork is almost complete. This house meets LEED-For-Homes certification, just as the Creek House did. We must give some credit to the contractor and his mason’s doing such a great job on the brick

Monastic Heritage Center Opens to the Public
May 7, 2011 marked the Grand Opening of the Monastic Heritage Center at the Monastery of the Holy Spirit in Conyers, Georgia. Friday night, we kicked off the celebration with a private donor recognition dinner that included a tour, entertainment, and several guest speakers including the Abbot and Vince Dooley.
