Viridian Leasing is Nearly Complete!
Our long awaited Viridian Leasing Office is finally finishing up this week. The Grand Opening will take place this weekend. The rain has slowed construction down a little bit. However, we were able to capture a few photos during our punch list review.

In September of 2015, we were asked to renovated the Leasing Center and Clubhouse at the Conservatory at Druid Hills. The new design struck the clients as so modern and innovative that they decided to re-brand the entire complex. Therefore, The Conservatory at Druid Hills became The Viridian.
The design contains flat roofs and significantly more and more modern styled windows. The structure plays with varying heights and volumes of spaces. This gives a layered effect to the building, while maximizing sunlight.

The new design works with the existing footprint of the old building. However, the interior layout is redesigned to add more office space, a larger lobby, a cart garage, a wine lounge, and package room.
