Construction is progressing, and the finishes are starting to go in at the front house at Lanier Enclave. Check out these progress pictures from this week. The porch fireplace is complete. Porch ceiling has yet to be installed. The house even has a custom mailbox to match the prairie style! Inside the kitchen, cabinets are almost complete. Countertops are yet to be installed. Lots of windows bring light into the living room. Cabinets and shelves are complete in the mud room.

Here are the latest construction photos from a Lanier Enclave’s Front House. This is a custom home with Prairie style influences located in Virgina Highlands. This is the 3rd and final home in the infill development known as Lanier Enclave, located on Lanier Blvd. This home and the two completed are being built by Abraham Properties.
