Mid-Century Modern Ranch in Ansley Park
Ansley Park Ranch Home – Before Before image of the Ansley Park Ranch The floor plan of 1960’s ranch was chopped up into several small rooms with no connectivity between the spaces. The existing living room, kitchen, dining room, and family room were all individual rooms with low ceilings, adding to their cramped feeling. However, it still incorporates the most up-to-the-minute sustainable building technology in an unobtrusive way.

The classic Prairie style home fits well into the old Atlanta neighborhood, but also brings touches of modern living and d

Water’s Edge on Lake Martin
The following are images of the 2 new lake homes at Water’s Edge on Lake Martin. Recently, we were asked to “re-design” these homes on existing foundations for a bank when a local home builder went bust. The original plans called for a house too large and too expensive for the current market conditions. Jones Pierce created new, smaller “not so big house” plans to fit on these existing foundations that would meet the market and still make “the numbers work” to help recoup the

Renovating into an American Bungalow

It is through this method that rules are established, guiding all of the decisions made throughout the design process. The style also leads to a strong “message” about what the owner feels for the house, and what the hou
