The following are still images from a video fly through animation of a new vacation and future retirement home in Highlands, North Carolina. We love repeat clients, and have had the opportunity to work for this client on other jobs in the past, and hopefully more to come.
The home is located up a site with a steep slope over looking the mountains. Because of the challenging grade, the home’s design has a very small footprint. This locates all the living spaces on the upper levels, maximizing the visibility over the trees. The natural stone and bark materials align the house with nature and give the home an old European feel.
