Author Pattie Baker recently got in touch with Jones Pierce. After a 24 hour visit in silence to the Monastery and the Monastic Heritage Center, she wanted to learn more about the project and its’ sustainable features. She spoke with Drew about the project and wrote a great article on her blog FoodShed Planet.
