Our client bought this house in late 2017 and rented it until he was ready to create his private residence in Ansley Park. He is a commercial interior architect and owner of the Atlanta-based firm Hendrick.

In 2018, our client engaged Jones Pierce to mitigate the 8-foot ceilings of the late ‘40s modest house to create breathing room for his 6'-7" height. Jones Pierce provided client representation, design, and build services. Our team coordinated with Chris Heard for the interior design and Jones Pierce Structures build group to realize the client's vision.

The house was a fantastic intown find and the ideal candidate for a complete transformation.
