In the middle of the COVID pandemic, these clients had a bold goal to design and build a house to move into in May 2021. Just to be clear, designing and building a house in a year is impossible now and it was in 2020 for several reasons: supply chain issues, clients don't digest decisions that fast, and contractors and architects don't work as a team... Impossible unless you are those special few clients, as it was in this case.
