Ashford Park Clubhouse and Apartments

  • Analyze and understand our clients' problems, communicate the opportunities, and document the new life visions as their new story.

    We designed a new two-story leasing center with clubrooms and constructed a fitness center adjacent to a new pool area. The project also included a separate bath house and outdoor bar/grill pavilion. Additionally, apartment renovations involved new layout schemes. The project encompassed a 6,000 sf leasing center and 15 different apartment building configurations.
