Boulevard Townhomes emerged as a response to Atlanta's resurgence in in-town development and escalating property values. The project aimed to counter this trend by introducing a denser development strategy. The townhomes were uniquely designed with widths of 14', 16', and 18', presenting a novel building type to Sweet Auburn, one of Atlanta's renowned African-American and historic neighborhoods. By introducing this innovative concept, Boulevard Townhomes brought a fresh perspective to the community's architectural landscape. The project emphasized the importance of preserving the neighborhood's character while accommodating the growing demand for urban living. Boulevard Townhomes successfully contributed to the ongoing urban transformation, striking a balance between tradition and modernity in Sweet Auburn.
