DHGC - Master Planning

Jones Pierce was brought on in early 2022 to analyze and design solutions to improve the members’ experience at Druid Hills Golf Club. After gathering documentation of existing conditions, conducting interviews with staff and member activity groups, and analyzing each building of the entire complex, we identified the spaces being used effectively as well as the areas requiring improvement. Working together with an engaged long-term planning committee, we designed solutions for the underutilized spaces and proposed strategic additions to maximize the use of their existing facilities. Through this planned phased approach to design, the Club had a map for their immediate improvements such as the new Clifton Building and pool improvements completed in June 2025, and for what to expect for the years to come.
