The Village at Grant Park encompassed a comprehensive design for a condominium development comprising 33 units. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding Grant Park neighborhood, the project incorporated contextual design influences such as the single-family bungalow style homes that characterize the area. Additionally, the project took into account its adjacency to the equestrian barns, creating a harmonious relationship between the development and its surroundings.
By integrating elements from the neighborhood's architectural fabric and considering the unique context of the equestrian barns, our design of Village at Grant Park aimed to blend it seamlessly with its environment. This approach ensured the development not only provided desirable housing options but also respected the character and history of the surrounding community.
