Glenwood Pool Condos

This design-build venture was for a new four-story, nine-unit condominium/community pool mixed-use facility. Three standard units were created with energy efficiency and sustainability in mind, using geothermal mechanical units and a sealed exterior envelope to exceed EarthCraft guidelines. Design cues were pulled from early arts and crafts architecture, influencing not only the design and detailing of the structure, but materials and color selections as well.
