Families First

We converted a former Atlanta public school into a new business headquarters for a family focused non-profit organization. The project included full site work, construction of a new lobby and rear entry canopy, plus interior modifications including materials, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and room reconfiguration throughout. Our goal was to gain exposure for the entrance and create a lobby that can be a control point for the offices and the service areas and resolve some height differential between finished floors of the different building components while meeting ADA accessibility guidelines as well as life safety code requirements.
