Working in Atlanta’s historic neighborhoods means respecting tradition while modernizing homes for the 21st Century. This project added a master suite over an enlarged rear-house kitchen and family room and in the process reworked a 1980’s addition to comply with the Adam-style main house. The larger upstairs space created an elegant first level loggia addressing a private terrace.
