Poorly planned additions were removed and a second level was added over the existing original footprint to create an entirely new aesthetic for this Morningside Bungalow.  The original 1,743 square foot 1 1/2 story home was expanded to a 2,830 two-story.  The new modern aesthetic the client preferred after moving from their New York City home was kept to the rear of the house while refurbishing the front only to preserve the home’s bungalow appearance from the street.
