An Atlanta couple recently came to Jones Pierce to design their dream retirement home on a beautiful peninsula lot located on Smith Lake near Cullman, Alabama.  The design takes full advantage of the long lake views from every room in the house.

The model shows the actual topography letting us and the client understand the actual cut and fill of the site work, real views and sun shading. We also used the animation stops throughout to evaluate 2 different options for the lake porch from inside and outside.
