The Gramercy town home community, located right next to the live/work/play project of Perimeter Place, offers a sense of a residential neighborhood with the convenience of an in-town community. The New Urbanist community, made up of 150 new town homes designed around courtyards to enhance community, focuses on pedestrian access and linkages to nearby retail and restaurants. The development was designed for two construction phases and included an amenity building comprised of unit mailboxes and a pool house with an infinity edge pool.
