Located in a historically sensitive district, these apartments were renovated to co-exist with single family residences on all sides. As condominiums, each unit was opened up to receive greater views, to allow more light and to feel more gracious overall. Decks were added in place of the existing fire escapes to complete the residential, neighborhood feel. All rooms and systems were updated to marry a high level of interior detail and finish with an excellent location.
