The renovation and conversion of a 20 unit apartment building in historic downtown Decatur. The bathrooms and kitchens were totally remodeled, and all systems were updated to code compliance. The rear balconies that had been removed, were reconstructed to match the original with added railing that met current code requirements but fit with the historic architecture of the building.
