This Four Story, 9 unit  EarthCraft Certified condominium project in the Glenwood Park development in Atlanta was designed around the pool house on the ground floor of the project. The living spaces consist of three unit plans that stack on three levels over the pool house. The pool house itself has many amenities, including bathhouse features, storage for pool furniture and equipment, an office/concession space, and a covered patio area. Design cues were pulled from early Arts and Crafts architecture influencing not only the design and detailing of the structure, but materials and color selections.
