Located in the Mid City district of Chamblee, GA, this project’s focus was to create a mixed-use development that would become a true sense of place for the area with restaurants and retail zones wrapping the street level opening up to large sidewalks and a new streetscape to engage and enhance the pedestrian experience.

The five-story building is broken into four-stories of 60 condominium units over one-story of retail.  Being Earthcraft-certified, environmentally friendly products and building methods are used throughout.
