An infill redevelopment of a parking lot into a 4-story city block comprising of street level retail with parking behind and 3 levels of spacious condominiums. The residential units ranging from 1400 SF to 2400 SF targeted to older buyers wishing to downsize from larger homes, but not to typical 1000-1200 SF condos. The overall architecture was designed to be compatible with the comprehensive plan for redeveloping downtown Alpharetta district. The historical detailing is consistent with the surrounding neighborhoods and appealing to the move-down market and reinforces the City’s plan for increased density for a walkable community.
