This project is a great example of how Jones Pierce can help the investment community by using our expertise and creativity to re-envision and re-package foreclosed property into a viable asset. The problem faced was there were two house foundations already constructed on two lake lots. The original plans called for a house too large and too expensive for the current market conditions. Jones Pierce created new, smaller “not so big house” plans to fit on these existing foundations that would meet the market and still make “the numbers work” to help recoup the original investment. With the help of a selected contractor, Jones Pierce worked to reach the bank’s desirable budget and assist them with the goal of being able to sell the homes at a more marketable price allowing them to make a profit off a potentially “unsellable” property.
