The Jones Pierce project scope included the planning of approximately 32,000 sq. ft. of offices and support functions across two floors, with an additional 2,500 sq. ft. fitness center on the ground floor
Jones Pierce designed 9,300 sq. ft. to accommodate the executive corporate offices for a growing real estate investment firm and continued to collaborate with the client throughout the process.
