Lanier Enclave Middle House Update

The exterior is complete and flooring and tiling has begun on the interior with trim work just around the corner at the Middle House, the 2nd of 3 custom prairie homes built by Abraham Properties and designed by Jones Pierce Architects off Lanier Boulevard in Virginia Highlands.

The home, similar to the completed Creek House, is being built to LEED for homes standards and is tucked away off a private driveway off Lanier Blvd.
