Renderings
Hand-drawn illustrations or sketches of the proposed design, in pen and ink or color. Typically used for marketing packages, job site signs, or for the jurisdictional approval process.

3-D CAD Animations and Renderings
Three-dimensional computer models of the proposed design allow you to see project vignettes formatted for Powerpoint presentations or automated design concept diagrams. Our clients use the illustrations for fundraising, enhanced jurisdictional presentations, in-house client design work, and for a realistic preview of the architecture in the early phases of the design process.

Models
Depending on the situation, models can be constructed of cardboard or wood. The benefit of these replicas is that clients are able to see the design in a more traditional, tactile manner.
