On November 5^th, 2007, Cooper Pierce and the Infill Housing Task Force were recognized with a proclamation honoring their recent work for the city. The work of the Task Force led to the amendment of the 1982 Zoning Ordinance to enact new regulations on infill housing, and their recommendations were an important part of the policy decision that now protects established and historic neighborhoods, while still allowing for orderly redevelopment and growth.
